There are so many uses for this chalkboard / whiteboard organization set - use rivet magnetic snaps to attach them to the fridge or a magnetic board for shopping lists and receipts; use grommets to attach them to a wall to hold office or sewing supplies to keep your desk clutter free.

The designs can be stitched onto regular marine vinyl, vinyl canvas, glitter vinyl, holographic vinyl, mirror vinyl - almost any kind of vinyl. The designs can be made with either chalkboard fabric or by layering clear vinyl (12-gauge works well) or just about any transparent or semi-opaque vinyl with a smooth surface, (you can layer semi-transparent vinyl on top of light colored cotton fabric). All of the chalk markers and whiteboard markers wrote and erased perfectly on the 12 different smooth vinyl's that I tested, however neither chalk markers nor whiteboard markers worked on regular marine vinyl or any kind of a vinyl with texture, they could not be erased.

Each design is completed in a single hooping.

The set includes 7 design files:

- three chalkboard/whiteboards: 4x4, 5x7 and 6x10 hoop

- three 5x7 pockets: 1 large pocket, one single-pen pocket, and one double-pen pocket

- one hang loop for the 5x7 hoop
