These lanterns are made in two 5x7 hoopings. Fun and easy to make, each one takes less than 90 minutes to make plus drying time as the water-soluble stabilizer needs to be rinsed. A 1/2 inch of hand or machine sewing finishes the project.

Quilters cotton works very well for the bat, ghost, house section and vinyl is excellent for the back. For best results, the back piece requires a thick, rigid interfacing such as Peltex 72, Dritz InnerFuse or FlexiFirm.

The set contains three front pieces (ghost, haunted house and bat) and three back pieces which can be used with any front piece.
