This project is completely stitched in the hoop; no additional hand or sewing machine stitching required. The background is quilted with a chicken wire motif and the borders are topstitched with a ricrac motif.
There are 2 variations in your download. One with the full design as shown, and one with the quilted background and top stitched borders, but no design in the center. Thorough instructions are included.

ITH Hearts And Bunnies
A fun set of in the hoop hearts and bunnies that you stuff with your favourite stuffing and can be used as toys or pincushions. You can also make a fun mobile with these fun designs as a decorative feature that will add fun to any baby room.
Some of the designs have got multiple layers of applique whilst others are done in one colour fabric. A little bit of hand sewing is required to close up the opening after stuffing. You can also add some buttons or beads as decorative features if you so wish.
There are 3 hearts approximately 3.4 x 3.2 inches (8.5x8 cm) in size, 3 bunnies ranging from 4.5 x 4.5 inches (12.5 x 12.5 cm) to 4x6 inches (10x16 cm) and 3 larger hearts of about 4x4 inches (10x10 cm). The three smaller hearts and the three bunnies have got multiple applique areas and the larger three hearts are one piece of fabric for the fronts. The back all get two pieces of fabric and this is where the opening is that needs to be closed up by hand after the design has been stuffed. Instructions are included.
