This little gift bag is mostly stitched as an in the hoop project; only the side and bottom seams need to be sewn on the sewing machine.

The bag is fully lined and no raw seams are visible. The handles can be made from fabric (instructions included) or use ribbon instead. The top edge is appliqued onto the bag during the in-the-hoop process and the ricrac is embroidered as well.
