A fringe technique is used to make the pretty petals of these tassel flowers pop.

Stitch onto table runners, cushions, and curtains. It is best to avoid stitching them on items that need frequent laundering.

Instructions for the tassel flowers are included. Also included in your file are the combination designs for the table runner for the 8x12 hoop and the multi hoop designs for the 5x7 hoop.

Take note that some makes and models of machines still stitch the tie in stitches of the satin flowers. Just cut them carefully loose before pulling the fringes to the front.
