Any dress pattern for a small girl from 2 - 7 years with a front and back yoke and straight waistline (not shaped or dropped too low), can be adjusted. The dress sleeves are replaced with the cute, short freestanding lace cap sleeves.

Alternatively buy a pretty dress with a normal waistline, add wide ribbon onto the ends of the FSL band and tie it around the dress. The perfect accent for a dainty floral informal dress, or silk formal dress.
