Mizzi's head is done in 2 sections, the rest of the body is 5 sections plus the separate tail. This is not only a fun project and practical item but also a rather unusual deco item for your home, or a much appreciated gift to any person with a heart for cats.

Sections are done in the hoop: quilting & embroidery sewn together by machine.
The assembled front part is used as a template for backing. For stuffing, using collected left overs from batting works really well!
