This project includes a number of designs that can be combined together to create a stunning Fresh Water Aqua Scape.

You can sew the individual designs out, or combine together in a number of different ways to create a stunning wall hanging or project of your choice. The designs can be mixed and matched anyway you like.

Most of the fish have 3D organza fins incorporated into the design. Layer fairy and crystalline organza over solid organza colors to create beautiful effects that shimmer in the light. Use a variety of variegated, metallic or holographic thread on your fish to create stunning results.

All of the underwater plants are made of 3D organza leaves and applied with your sewing machine individually at the end. The stems are sewn freehand with your machine.

The background sandy and rocky fabric are cut out by hand first and applied to your fabric. They are not part of each embroidery design.

The embroidery designs are included in three hoop sizes - 6x10, 6x8 and 5x7. All photos on this page use the 6x10 designs. The smaller designs include the same elements but might miss a few details to fit in the smaller hoops. The 3D fish themselves are the same size for all three hoops.

The designs are easy to align together using outline alignment squares with no exact measurements needed. However, as the project measures up to 38 x 44
