Going Sewing - Quilt Block

Featured in this set are ten gorgeous sewing-themed designs which make up this eye-catching quilt block. Most of the designs are appliquéd with additional fill stitch details. The central sewing machine design is made in four parts and framed by an Ohio Star patchwork block.

The patchwork is all pieced in the hoop, using The Purple Hats easy free online instructions available with the Crazy Patch Heart.

What's more, the Going Sewing designs are the same size as the Easy Peasy Quilt Blocks 4x4
so you can mix and match the two sets to make a spectacular project.

Shown above left is the completed block. The block has been used as the front panel to make the Going Sewing Project Bag shown above right. The bag has several internal pockets and zips on either side. You can easily unzip the sides and lay out all your sewing tools for quick and easy access. Find What You're Looking For

Our Search Box appears at the top right of every page.

There are 3 ways to use it:

1. Search
Choose the type of product you are looking for: This is pre-set to Designs and will automatically search all embroidery designs on our site. You can choose from the drop down list to refine your search to one type of product, eg "Tutorials" or make it broader eg "All Products"

Enter a search word: Easy - just click in this box, type in your search word and click on the GO button. Type in lowercase and don't use plurals, Don't use words like "the" or "and". Use American spelling.

You will see pictures of the designs found that match your search. Click on the pictures you are interested in to see the designs in full and all the details you need to know (description, size, price, special offers, etc).

2. Choose a category
Instead of searching for a word, choose one of our quick category searches from this drop down list. Then choose a sub-category from the box on the right. By clicking between the category list that on the left and the sub-category list on the right, you can see pictures of all our items. This is a great way to find what you want at Secrets.

3. Choose a designer
Another alternative is to select one of our designers from the drop down list, and can visit their specific website.
