This lovely Heirloom Bolster pillow project includes a tutorial with color step-by-step photos and one beautifully digitized embroidery design. The embroidery design is from Hope’s English Lace Ovals Collection, so this is a perfect way to try out some of Hope’s designs. This design features sweet bullion roses flanking buttonholes that are later cut open making the space to weave silk satin ribbon over and under to create your own Swiss Beading.
Hope is a well know and highly sought after licensed instructor and this is one of her class projects that she has recently taught at an international sewing machine convention. Hope teaches projects similar to this for Martha Pullen’s School of Art Fashion.

The included embroidery design measures 167mm x 17mm and fits inside a 5x7” hoop.
