This collection includes 9 beautiful embroidery designs and features one of Hope's favorite heirloom techniques, Madeira Appliqué.
The Madeira Applique designs use a 100 wing needle to create a unique heirloom technique which has been recreated in the embroidery hoop. Some of the designs can also be used to create a “Reverse Shadow Appliqué”. Some can be stitched out without using an overlay fabric to create pretty wing needle scallops. The cover showcases the Australian Windowpane technique which is detailed with step-by-step color photo instructions found on the “printable” PDF file included with the designs.

Madeira Applique Embroidery Designs
The following embroidery designs are all included in the Madeira Applique design collection. Four of the designs use a large hoop size, so please check for the sizes you can use before purchasing these designs. The very large border designs are only included with the formats that can use them, all files include at least one border design.
The following pictures show some projects Hope has made using these designs. They showcase the different heirloom techniques that you will learn by following the tutorial included with this collection.
